Cast Wines grows and crafts wines in limited quantities highlighting the best grape sources of Sonoma County. Wine steward Samuel Rickords with Redoux will present an unforgettable food and wine experience in Table 13’s distinctive, upscale atmosphere reminiscent of early 1960s.

Amuse-bouche: Chicken and basil lollipops with aged balsamic syrup
First Course: Grilled figs with prosciutto de Parma and lemon mascarpone flourish, paired with 2017 Cast Russian River Sauvignon Blanc.
Second Course: Charred lamb loin with truffle demi and blistered tomato over polenta with forest mushroom, paired with 2014 Cast Grey Palm Vineyard Zinfandel.
Third Course: Braised beef short ribs with root vegetables and red wine jus with cauliflower risotto, paired with 2013 Cast Grey Palm Vineyard Petite Sirah.
